La famille Vaillant cultive ses vignes en Anjou depuis le XVIIe siècle, convertie à la biodynamie Demeter en 2008. Ce Groslot — ou Grolleau Noir — est issu d'une parcelle angevine vinifiée avec une courte macération de trois jours seulement, pour en préserver toute la fraîcheur et le caractère juteux. Un cépage typiquement angevin, souvent méconnu, qui révèle ici toute sa légèreté et son fruit.

Style. Robe rubis légère et translucide. Nez frais et croquant de petits fruits rouges — groseille, cerise, fraise des bois — avec une légère touche florale. Bouche juteuse et coulante, tanins quasi absents, acidité vive et rafraîchissante, finale nette et désaltérante — un rouge de soif anjouvin parfait.

Accords. Apéritif, charcuteries angevines, fromages de chèvre frais. À boire légèrement frais, 12–13 °C.
